The ongoing war between Israel and Palestine has had devastating effects. This war is one of the longest and most devastating conflicts in recent history. The war began in October 2023, when fighting broke out between the Israeli forces and the Palestinian resistance in Gaza. Since that day, the region has faced continuous airstrikes, destruction, and a severe humanitarian crisis. Thousands of civilians have been killed, and many families have lost their homes.
As someone who has witnessed the destruction, it is important to share my experience.
In Palestine, they have no food, no water, no electrical appliances, no medicine or treatment, or even homes. Many homes were bombed and destroyed.
Now, in October 2025, it has been two years since the war started, and the situation remains.
They have destroyed homes and schools, mosques and hospitals. 90% of structures in Gaza have been destroyed. Many people have been killed, including children, women, and the elderly.
Now, I’ll share information about my own family. The Israelis destroyed all my family’s houses. They killed 170 from my family members and now, my family doesn’t have anywhere to live. We had beautiful houses, but they have all been destroyed and everyone who is still alive now lives in tents.
The war has been devastating, and it is important that everyone realize how much it has affected the people who live in that region.
