The Illusion Maker made an appearance at FMS on Tuesday, October 29th during Block 6 to wow an audience of 6th graders and educate them about environmental responsibilities.
He loves to trick the crowd in interesting ways, such as using his awesome colored rags, his hat, and other sleight of hand techniques. Throughout his show, he teaches about the environment and how to take care of the world. For example, he discusses what it means to reuse, recycle, and reduce. Kids really seem to love the show and enjoy his tricks; he’s an amazing magician! He visits once every school year.
After each lesson about his teachings, he hosts quizzes about the content and the kids have to answer questions. He also makes funny jokes to make the lesson less boring, along with playing guessing games, in which the students have to guess the object, like things that you can recycle. The Illusion Maker has to guess the same object, which most of the time, he guesses correctly.
This show is amazing for kids to learn about the concepts of reuse, recycle, and reduce. The Illusion Maker delivers a very funny performance that also helps reduce kids’ stresses and pressures. For this, kids cheer for him very loudly! The Illusion Maker is surely the right pick for blending entertainment with learning about the environment.
