Starbucks was created from a desire for Seattle to have access to the delicious dark roasted coffee that they love. The first Starbucks was opened in Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market.
When other people realized how much they liked the drinks, they wanted to open their own stores, and so they did!
Taizor shared his love of Starbucks when he told me, ”I love the cake pops and the cinnamon coffee cakes. Their drinks are also really yummy. I go there like seven times a year.”
I also asked Easton how she felt about Starbucks and she said, “I think the tropical drinks at Starbucks are delicious. I don’t like coffee, but I enjoy the desserts and the flavory drinks.”
Starbucks has changed a lot since 1971 when it was founded. The locations and drinks may have changed over the years, but people still enjoy Starbucks and the stores are always busy!
