If you’re looking for a new sport to get into, come watch some hockey! Hockey is an interesting sport, with different rules than many other sports, but the best part of hockey is the teams. They all have conflicts between each other, but my favorite is the New York Rangers. They have one of the best goalies in the league, very good left and right wingers and good left and right defensemen.
The sport is very simple with rules like other sports where you have to get something into a goal; in this case, it’s a hockey puck. Also, the sport is played on ice, making it harder to play than other sports, although the players are very well trained.
They have very good players including Igor Shesterkin, Jacob Trouba, Chris Krieder, Alexis Lafrenière, Mika Zibanejad, and Adam Fox.
The New York Rangers are not a perfect team, with conflicts of their own, but they are still a good team. Every year at the end of a season, there is a Stanley Cup. A new team wins it every year, and year after year, the Rangers are getting closer and closer to a new win! Last year, during the playoffs, they made it to the third round where the Panthers beat them and they got knocked out.
This season so far hasn’t been going the greatest, but they still have a lot of time to get better and come back. I sure hope that this season is better than last season. This may only be my second year following hockey and the Rangers, but I believe the Rangers can make it to the playoffs and take the cup!
That’s why the Rangers are a great hockey team going for the cup every year!
