Despicable Me 4 is a special kind of movie because it has a special type of species called the MINIONS! They protect the main character named Gru, because he helped the Minions throughout their lives and now they protect him because he protected them for many years.
Gru and his Minions are being targeted by a criminal. This criminal has just escaped from prison, and he wants to go after Gru. Now, the criminal’s name is Maxim and Maxim is chasing Gru because Gru’s always been better than him at everything and he thinks that Gru likes to copy him.
So Gru tries to find a new home because Maxim knows where he lives, so he travels to the richest houses in the city. But there’s one problem, Gru and his family have to take on different names or else Maxim will get to them even faster. So Gru has four kids, and they have their first day of school at their new building, and let’s just say it didn’t go as planned. Gru’s daughters got bullied and that hurt their feelings.
Classmate Andrew shared his thoughts about the movie. “Minions love bananas, and they love their overalls.” The Minions do love their overalls and they never take them off because one of the first things that Gru gave them was the overalls and they were excited. One of their favorite foods is definitely bananas. They love them because of their unique taste and how they look.
Gru is known for his funny antics. For example, he once froze himself while fighting an evil criminal, and he also threw his weapon trying to act cool in front of the whole town.
